Miss Jessica Lynn Szucs is the owner and director of Perfect Pointe Performing Arts Studio, since its establishment in 2005. Jessica has been dancing since the young age of 2 ½ and has not stopped since. She has studied all genres of dance including, ballet, jazz, tap, lyrical, pointe, hip-hop, musical theatre, and modern. Throughout her adolescent years she competed in talent competitions with her previous studios companies and many beauty pageants. The combination of these performances has molded her into the confident woman she is today. When Jessica performs in front of an audience she commands a presence. This is what she tries to instill in each and every student she works with. She has also been educating herself outside her studios since her teenage years, taking classes in NYC and auditioning for musicals and cruise-ships.
Jessica graduated in May of 2005 with a Bachelor degree in dance from DeSales University. Throughout her college dance career, she studied with accomplished teachers, Vincent Brosseau, Trinette Singleton, Lynne Mariani and more. She was a member of DeSales University Touring Company where she traveled and performed for schools, nursing homes, etc. Jessica was also a DSU dance team member and has been an active performer in DeSales Young Choreographers Series and Dance Ensemble throughout her four years. She has performed in various venues around Pennsylvania and attended American College Dance Festivals and educational dance conferences as well. Jessica brought her love of teaching to DSU’s Conservatory of Dance program providing for children in the outside community. While attending college, she studied courses in Ballet, Jazz, Pointe, Modern, Dance History, Dance Composition, Kinesiology, Teaching Methods and also became a member of National Dance Educators Organization which advances dance education centered in the arts. Miss Jessica has also volunteered her time teaching dance at local elementary schools for their after school and Summer Recreation programs. Jessica is not yet ready to give up her days of dancing either. She continuously studies dance at Broadway Dance Center, Steps on Broadway and attends conventions and workshops to keep up with the latest choreography and teaching methods. Jessica’s inspires her students to be the best dancers they possibly can and encourages a love of dance no matter what age, level or style.
Robyn Gueci started Dance at the age of 3 and began competing at the age of 5. Throughout her performance years she has won many awards and her excellence in dance has earned her a spot in the New Jersey Governor's School of the Arts. After receiving her Bachelor's degree from Montclair State University she continued to study dance as a scholarship student at Steps on Broadway in New York City for several years and performed in many of their staff showcases. Since 1998 Robyn has performed and participated in numerous shows and parades in Walt Disney World as well as with various Florida dance companies.
After driving several Northern NJ Dance teams to achieving such titles as 2005 National Dance Champions and 2006 NJ State Pom & Jazz champions, she has begun her 4th award winning season as their Choreographer & Technique instructor. Currently Robyn is on staff at Robin Horneff's Performing Arts Center in Waldwick, NJ as an instructor, staff faculty tap advisor, choreographer and Assistant Stage Manager. Miss Robyn is excited to start her 5th season at Perfect Pointe and looks forward to another successful year!
Currently working with ‘Tapfusion’ and ‘Nicholas Andre Dance Theatre’ in New York City, Rebecca has been dancing and performing since she was four years old. Completing her Honours year of study at the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts in 2006, she has had the opportunity to work with renowned international, interstate and local choreographers such as; Barry Blumenfeld, Nicholas Seligson-Ross, Ellen Stokes-Shadle, Reyes de Lara, Michael Whaites, Claire Dyson, Sue Peacock, Sandra Parker, Paea Leach, Justin Rutzou, Nanette Hassall, Tracie Mitchell, Pun Siu-Fai and Helena Moore.
A registered teacher of the Royal Academy of Dance, Rebecca also holds her Jazz Award and Teaching Diploma in Tap Dance for the Commonwealth Society of Teachers of Dance. In 2002, Rebecca was awarded the Commonwealth Society of Teachers of Dances’ Blue Sash Award for excellence and achievement in performance. In 2005, she successfully auditioned for LINK Dancer’s Company and was also invited to join the Golden Key International Honour Society in recognition of her academic achievement and excellence.
Being awarded these credentials, Rebecca has taught classical ballet, tap, modern, jazz, contemporary and lyrical nationally and internationally, and is looking forward to another wonderful year of teaching at Perfect Pointe Dance Studio.
Dylan Pearce has trained at the Joffrey Ballet School and Broadway Dance Center under the direction of Sheila Barker, Wes Veldink, and Shea Sullivan.
His performance credits include Dance Captain for Disney’s “Twas,” KTU’s Beatstock, The Nutcracker, West Side Story and others. Dylan has been featured on television performing in ABC’S Xmas Parade and WNBA Half-Time performance with singer Vitamin C.
Dylan Pearce has also danced with Momix Dance Company under Moses Pedleton and was a Guest Artist at Repertory Dance Theatre and Salisbury University. Dylan has been a featured dancer in many industrials such as Ray-Ban Sunglasses, RITE AID, D. Trump Signature Events, and others. He has also had the opportunity to perform on two cruise ships.
Dylan is looking forward to teaching his Perfect Pointe students for his 2nd year!

Amanda Dean began dancing at the age of three and competing at the young, age of five with her first solo in many regional and national dance competitions. Throughout Amanda’s studio years she has studied, Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Musical Theatre, Lyrical and Modern. With dance always being her passion, Amanda took a strong liking to tap. Amanda has performed at many community events and entertained all ages from young to old while dancing at county fairs, nursing homes and more.
While a student at Perfect Pointe, Amanda has studied with numerous guest teachers and artists at in studio conventions and master classes and has also participated in studio trips to Broadway Dance Center in New York City. She has much experience substituting for Perfect Pointe staff and is thankful for the opportunity to continue her dance career. Miss Amanda has been a favorite of our students ages three to six! She currently teaches Creative Movement, Kinderdance and Combo classes. Amanda is back for her third season this year!
Jennifer is a New Jersey native and began her dance journey
at age 3. In May 2010, she received her Bachelor of Fine Arts
in dance from Rutgers University, Mason Gross School of the
Arts. During her dance training in college she studied many
dance genres including modern, ballet, jazz, afro-fusion,
improvisation and choreography. She was a member of the dance
program’s touring company University Dance Works where
she performed weekly at performing arts high schools in New
York and New Jersey, nursing homes and special needs facilities.
Jennifer has had the privilege to study with and perform the
works of professional choreographers Mark Morris, Doug Varone,
Stuart Loungway, Samuel Pott, Randy James, Julia Ritter, and
John Evans. In May 2010 Jennifer was honored to perform at
the Kennedy Center in Washington DC as part of the selective
National American College Dance Festival.
Along with her various performance experiences, Jennifer has choreographed
several pieces of her own which she has presented at venues including
Dance Theater Workshop and Dance New Amsterdam in New York City, The George
Street Playhouse in New Brunswick NJ, and the American College Dance Festival
in Eerie PA. She is also the 2010 recipient of the Marjory J. Turner Choreography
Prize. Jennifer is thrilled to be joining Perfect Pointe for her first
season, and looks forward to a year filled with wonderful dancing!
Hails from Los Angeles, CA where he attended the Los Angeles
County High School for the Arts, and performed in regional
theater productions throughout southern California. Upon moving
to New York City in 1999, Cid studied with CAP21 at NYU’s
Tisch School of the Arts, and at the Amercian Musical and
Dramatic Academy. Cid has performed worldwide with the touring
companies of Broadway musicals such as GREASE and
SATURDAY NIGHT FEVER. Regionally he has appeared in numerous
productions such as TOMMY, EVITA, WEST SIDE STORY, A
CHORUS LINE, FAME, and FIDDLER on the ROOF. Cid
was a cast member in the US Premiere of London’s smash
hit musical WE
WILL ROCK YOU, at the Paris Hotel in Las Vegas, NV. Some
of his other credits include projects for Oprah Winfrey,
Disney, Jennifer Hudson, Norwegian Cruise Line, Holland America
Cruise Line, Regent Cruises, the Universal Ballet of
Korea, the Jerry Lewis Telethon, and countless others.
Tami Small has taught and educated at numerous dance schools
including Hudson Valley Conservatory of Fine Arts, Walden,
NY, Ballet Hispanico, NYC, The School at Columbia University,
NYC, Pittsburgh Musical Theater, Pittsburgh, PA, The School
at Steps, NYC, and PeriDance, NYC.
Her Choreography credits include Zach Galifianakis,
opening for Janeane Garofalo , “Cannon
and Ball…Live in America,” and The Miss Orlando Pageant
to name a few.
Tami is also an experienced performer and dancer who
has been highlighted in “Watching the Detectives” for The
Biography Channel, Great Lakes Theater Festival “The Bakkhai” with
The Tom Evert Dance Company, choreographed by Richard Kuch, Cleveland
Ballet Dancing Wheels under the direction of Mary Verdi-Fletcher and
Sabatino Verlezza, and Guest artist with The Canton Ballet appearing
in “Slaughter on 10th Avenue”, “Shhh…” and
The Arabian in “The Nutcracker.”
Miss Tami will be joining Perfect Pointe for her first
season and is looking forward an exciting year while sharing her love
of dance with the students. |
