Registration Fees​ & Payment Options: Perfect Pointe's registration fee is $40.00 and is Non-Refundable.​

The fee will be pro-rated for siblings - $35 for the 2nd child, $30 for the 3rd, etc.


Payment Options​:

We accept cash, check, major credit cards, debit card, and ACH Transfer. ​

(All debit and credit card transactions will incur a 2.5% convenience fee.)

Payment Plans:

 1) Monthly - Payment is due the first day of each month. There is a 7 day grace period after which a $20.00 late fee will be applied to overdue accounts and your credit card on file will be charged without notice.

2) Year In Full - receive a 5% tuition discount   

Costume Payments​:

Students in one recital dance are required to pay the costume fee in full by November 15th. Students in more than one recital dance are required to pay half of their total costume payment by October 15th and the remaining balance by November 15th. ​Late Registrations due March 15th.

Costume Fees: $85.00 for ages 2-4 and $100.00 for ages 5-18 (including tights). ​

Costume fees are NOT refundable.

*Tuition is non-refundable and non-transferable. Tuition is not pro-rated for months with less # of class dates compared to other months. Tuition is collected among 10 months for easy payments

Attendance Policies ​
Regular attendance is essential for your child’s progress. 

*Refunds are not given for missed classes. Makeup classes are encouraged within the month following the absence. ​
*If your student is going to be absent, please notify the office prior to the class time via phone or email. ​
*Students should arrive 5- 10 minutes prior to the start of class to change, put on shoes etc. Students should be picked up no later than 10 min. after their class is dismissed.  
Inclement Weather​
In the event of bad weather, Perfect Pointe Studio will send an email to all families. You can also either check our Facebook page or Instagram Page. If there isn't a message or post saying the studio is closed, you should assume that there will be dance classes that day. There are no refunds for classes missed due to inclement weather. Students are encouraged to take a make-up class. Call the studio to find a class that best suits your child! 
Levels and Moving Up​
Students do not move up to the next level according to the amount of years that they have studied dance. They must be able to execute proper technique for each movement to the fullest for that level. Once the teacher or director has determined that the student is ready to move up, then and only then will the student be moved to a higher level. Some students may take several years and others only one, according to natural ability, effort, and practice. Remember: POOR ATTENDANCE WILL AFFECT PROGRESSION. 

Observation​There will be a designated parent observation day during the year for a parent to come and enjoy their child in dance class! Cameras and videotaping are welcome too! For the majority of the year these are our policies:


Creative Movement & Kinderdance Classes: We love having parents nearby for our youngest dancers! For Intro classes, we encourage one parent to stay in the lobby to help with bathroom breaks or other needs. A TV monitor will be available so you can enjoy watching your little dancer in action. If you prefer, you are also welcome to wait outside the studio in your car, just let a staff member know! Please drop off and pick up your child in the main waiting room. Our teachers will have your contact information on hand in case of an emergency.


All Other Dance Classes: To help our dancers stay focused and get the most out of their class, we use a “Drop-Off” system. Simply walk your child into the studio, and the teacher will escort them into class. At the end of class, pick-up will take place in the main waiting room. A TV monitor will be available at all times so you can enjoy seeing the start and end of class and watch your dancer in action. Our teachers have your contact information on file in case of an emergency.

Conduct​
Students and parents are expected to conduct themselves in an orderly, courteous, and respectful manner. Students waiting for class are expected to wait in a quiet manner and come to class prepared with proper dancewear, shoes, and hair pulled back and off of face. *Students who are dressed 
professionally for class will dance professionally in class.* 

ABSOLUTELY No food or drink allowed in the studio at all.​
No chewing gum​
No jewelry​
Absolutely no street shoes allowed on studio floors

The following is a list of the required attire for each class. For students taking multiple classes, we  suggest that you bring a change of clothing for some classes (especially ballet). *Please remember to label all shoes and clothing with the student's name.
